Itinerary
ItineraryDay 01 - Arrive / BangaloreArrive at Bangalore airport in the morning & meet our representative, will assist you till hotel and discuss tour briefly.
After noon visit to Bangalore city - the Bull Temple - with a magnificent stone statue of the sacred bull Nandi (the biggest in South India) and majestic Vidhana Saudha, the state legislature house. Day 02 - Bangalore / MysoreMorning drive to Mysore, check in on arrival and visit local bazar Day 03 - MysoreMorning visit to famous fruit market later continue sightseeing of Mysore visiting - Maharaja's Palace. The palace is especially magnificent on Sunday night and during festivals. In the evening we drive to Chamundi Hill to visit the Sri Chamundeswari Temple perched atop, of the hill, dominated by a towering seven-storey gopuram overlooking Mysore. Down the hill you can see the famous 5 m-high Nandi (Shiva's bull vehicle) carved out of solid rock, said to be the largest in India. Day 04 - Mysore / HassanDrive to Hassan, sightseeing of Belur where you can see the Channekeshava Temple, the best template for Hoyasala architecture. The particularities of this temple are the angled bracket figures depicting women in ritual dancing poses. After we drive to Halebid - the ancient capital of the Hoysala, which is famous for its Hoysaleswara Temple. Day 05 - Hassan / CoorgCoorg is famous for oranges and coffee plantation.This region also is famous for spices. pepper, cardamoms etc can be seen.The coffee plantations in Madikeri alone accounts for almost half of Karnataka' s coffee production. Visit to fort, Sri Omkareshwara, Abbi falls. Day 06 - Coorg / NagarholeDrive to Nagarhole, Apart from seeing the vast variety of wildlife, the sanctuary also gives the much needed break amidst the lush and rich flora and fauna here. Nagarhole is considered to be the finest tiger reserve in India. The name Nagarhole has been derived from the two Kannada words ’Nagar’ meaning snake and ’hole’ meaning stream. Day 07 - NagarholeVisit sanctuary, The park has a large elephant and bison population. Moreover, the park also houses a variety of other animal species along with approximately 250 species of birds. The park has on its north the Kabini River and on its southern fringe is the Bandipur National Park. Moreover, the Coracle ride is a must to have a complete experience of your visit. Day 08 - Nagarhole / ThrissurThrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala is famous for its temple festivals and specially the Thrissur Pooram Festival. Thrissur reflects the rich cultural heritage and traditions of South India. Day 09 - Thrissur / MunnarThroughout the journey enjoy beautiful streams of small waterfalls, Rubber, Pepper cardamom and Tea plantations and thick forests; God has blessed his own country with incomparable beauty – to have everlasting memory of your stay in Kerala. Munnar which is a honeymooners paradise watch beautiful mist kissing romantic green meadows- mind-blowing hills sleeping under green carpet (Tea Gardens) visit - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, overnight at Munnar. Day 10 - Munnar / CochinDrive to Cochin with panoramic view of Rubber, Pepper and Tea plantations, on arrival check in into hotel. Later sightseeing of Cochin visiting - the Dutch Palace at Mattancherry is renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana, The Jewish Synagogue at the heart of city what is locally called the Jew Town, The St. Francis Church, the oldest European Church in India, at 17.30pm we visit to the famous dance drama of Kerala, the “Kathakali”. This dance can be characterized by grotesque gesticulations, amazing costumes and very extensive make-up.
Day 11 - Cochin / KovalamThis morning you will drive to Kovalam, has one of the best sun drenched beaches in India with combination of Ayurvedic treatments, on arrival check in into Ayurvedic resort.
Day 12 - KovalamRelax on beach & get Ayurvedic treatment according to your Dosa or just rejuvenating Ayurveda massage.
Day 13 - KovalamRelax on beach & get Ayurvedic treatment according to your Dosa or just rejuvenating Ayurveda massage.
